
I am going to step out on a limb here and say that everyone who bakes has a recipe for pumpking pie but just in case you don't here is my favorite (read easy and tastes great) recipe for Thanksgiving pumpkin pie.
Make’em Smile Pumpkin Pie
1 (9 in) unbaked pastry shell
1 (15oz.) can pumpkin this equals 2 cups if using fresh
1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. each; ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt
Pre-heat oven to 425°. In large bowl, beat all ingredients with mixer or whisk until well blended. Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 35-40 minutes longer. Cool and serve.
This is the pumpkin pie that I make every year for my family enjoy!
